Both drugs require intravenous infusions at a specialized clinic. Kisunla requires monthly infusions. Leqembi requires biweekly infusions for the first 18 months, and then the required frequency switches to every four weeks, similar to Kisunla. Leqembi is also available as an under-the-skin weekly injection after 18 months. Kisunla might be a better fit for patients who live farther away and may have trouble traveling for frequent infusions.
