Nelson Dellis on How to Train Your Memory
Can you train your memory?
Nelson Dellis joins us to discuss the techniques behind memory training, how people can strengthen recall and focus in everyday life, and what inspired him to turn personal loss into advocacy. He’ll also share the story behind Climb For Memory, the nonprofit he founded and serves as the CEO to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research through mountain climbing around the world.
Dellis is a six-time USA Memory Champion, memory coach, author, and speaker. Inspired by his grandmother’s death from Alzheimer’s disease, he began training his memory in 2009 and went on to become one of the world’s top competitive memorizers.
Join us Thursday, May 14, at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET for a Live Talk with Dellis on memory training, brain health, and how Climb For Memory is helping raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease.
RSVP to join the conversation.
